I have engaged with Dynamic Support Services (DSS) for over a year now supporting NDIS participants to access Short Term Accommodation (STA) at their site in Sydney Olympic Park. A core role of my position as a Support Coordinator is to offer choice and provide options for an array of services for my clients who are living with severe and persistent mental health issues. However, due to the consistency of prompt and professional interactions I have experienced with DSS, the clean, modern and state of the art STA facilities (which has been reinforced with feedback from the participants who have accessed their STA), DSS is at the top of the list for flexible and recovery orientated STA service provision.

All dealing that I have had with Dynamic have always been very professional and they always return calls and emails in a timely manner and are always very pleasant. If there has been an issue this has been resolved immediately and feedback has been supplied regarding the issue with the outcome.

I have been working in the disability services for many years and have found Dynamic to be outstanding in their delivery of services. They are compassionate, friendly, trusting and really care about our NDIS participants that have utilised their services. Dynamic has a can-do attitude and goes the extra mile in delivering a safe and inclusive experience. Highly recommended.

I am happy with the overall service. Dynamics go out of their way to support you whenever they can even at short notice. The pick up and drop offs are convenient and make things easier. Clothes are always washed when returned and all items are always returned and never lost. Thank you to Dynamics for making me feel at ease when my child is in their care.

The support given to our customers and staff that attended also on a recent trip was amazing. A lot of thought went into how to ensure the customer got the best possible holiday was given. Nothing was too much trouble, it was greatly appreciated.
