Our range of services includes the below with regular check ins from management: Personal Care and Support (Cleaning also): Assistance with daily activities, personal care, and medication management to promote independence and support daily living.
Community Participation: Encouraging active engagement with community activities, social events, and educational programs that foster social connections and personal growth. Capacity Building: Skills development programs that enhance abilities in areas such as communication, self-care, and job readiness. Communicating with other relevant allied Health Care professionals and providing updates (with permission) to make sure you are getting the most of your NDIS package.
