Hi, I'm Rachel, I have been working in the mental health and NDIS space for the past 15 years, I would be pleased to assist you on this journey of life to help you navigate in any areas that you may be struggling with including behavioural problems, grief, relationship issues, anxiety and depression, Alzheimer's etc. Having a child that is an NDIS recipient I have personal experience in the difficulties and challenges faced of people with special needs and the impact on family members.
Having also lost many close family members I have had to navigate the very sad journey of grief. I have also worked in the aged care sector for approximately 15 years in which I have a great deal of experience working with family members of people with Alzheimer's and various elderly person disorders. I provide an empathetic and heartfelt Counselling approach that will be goal focused with individual needs always catered to.
