Confident Health Care Services is a registered disability service provider dedicated to supporting participants in achieving greater independence, inclusion, and wellbeing. Led by two registered nurses with extensive experience in complex medical and mental health care, we specialize in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA), Individualised Living Options (ILO), and community participation programs.
Our services mainly focus on the Central Coast and we are expanding to the Newcastle area, accepting referrals across both regions. We currently have SIL home availability in Gorokan, featuring a brand new three-bedroom home. In addition, we offer community nursing support and transport solutions to ensure participants receive comprehensive care and can fully engage in their communities.
