Hello, my name is Craig Pratt, I am a Clinical Registered Nurse with a current background in neurology and hospital – based care at Gold Coast University Hospital on the Neurology ward. I am the Director and founder of CJP Nursing Services Pty Ltd. A registered provider for NDIS. CJP Nursing Services provides specialized nurse – led supports for NDIS participants with complex and high – intensity clinical needs in the community.
We provide nurse – led supports for participants with conditions such as acute and chronic neurological disorders, spinal cord injury, MND, MS, acquired brain injury, complex bowel and bladder care and tracheostomy support. Our service is delivered exclusively by Registered and Enrolled Nurses to ensure clinical safety, consistency, and professional accountability. This nurse – only model reduces preventable hospital admissions, strengthens participant outcomes.
