We are a mobile, national allied health provider, delivering: Positive Behaviour Support | Occupational Therapy | Speech Pathology | Functional Capacity Assessments across Victoria, New South Wales, and via Telehealth. Our clinicians are experienced in working with psychosocial disability, complex mental health, and dual diagnoses, including individuals navigating the intersection of mental illness, trauma, neurodivergence, disability, and systems involvement.
We work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and clinical teams to deliver assessments and interventions that are clinically robust, ethically sound, and practically useful. At Chrome Health, we don’t rush people through processes or reduce them to reports and funding categories.
