We are located in the beautiful Hunter Valley/Newcastle Region of New South Wales however, as a nationally registered provider we are able to offer our services to participants AUSTRALIA WIDE. We are a boutique service provider specialising in only Plan Management. Once you appoint us as your Plan Manager we will allocate you with your own dedicated Plan Manager and you will have their mobile number (you will never have to go through a call centre or speak to a robot) .
This ensures that you speak to the same person every time you call and the person you are speaking with knows you and about your funding. When you sign up with us you become part of the Choice Plan Management Family. Your service providers will also love working with us as we process invoices daily with your provider receiving payment usually within 3 business days, sometimes faster. This also ensures that your funding details are always up to date when you access our mobile app or online portal.
