Led by Registered Nurses and a multidisciplinary team, CHOICE Nursing Care ensures every participant receives safe, reliable, and meaningful care — whether at home, in supported accommodation, or out in the community. ☀️ CHOICE Day Program Our Day Program provides a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where participants can learn, grow, and connect. Through structured social, recreational, and educational activities, participants build confidence, independence, and lasting friendships.
Activities include cooking, art, music, gardening, and community outings — all designed to promote learning, wellbeing, and social inclusion. 🏠 Supported Independent Living (SIL) We offer comfortable, well-supported homes where participants can enjoy independence while receiving the support they need. Our SIL houses are staffed by caring professionals who help with daily living, meal preparation, budgeting, and personal care — all while encouraging community participation and personal growth.
🏡 Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) In partnership with trusted housing providers, we offer modern, accessible SDA homes built to NDIS design standards. 🌙 Respite Care / Short-Term Accommodation (STA) Our Respite Care provides short-term, fully supported stays for participants who need rest and rejuvenation — and for families who need peace of mind. We offer a warm, home-like environment with engaging activities, nutritious meals, and compassionate staff support.
🏡 NDIS Home Care Our Home Care services help participants maintain independence and freedom in their own homes. We assist with personal care, domestic tasks, medication management, mobility, and meal preparation — empowering participants to live safely, confidently, and comfortably in familiar surroundings. 🩺 Additional NDIS Supports High-Intensity Nursing Supports (0104): Complex wound care, PEG feeding, diabetes management, medication administration, and health monitoring.
Assist Personal Activities: Support with hygiene, mobility, toileting, and self-care routines. Development of Daily Living & Life Skills (0117): Building essential skills in cooking, budgeting, communication, and self-management.
