Central Coast Compassionate Care is a locally based provider of in-home disability and aged care support, working from an office in Wyong and serving the Central Coast of New South Wales. The organisation was founded by director Ashleigh Bate, who has more than 15 years of experience in the disability and community services sector. Support workers assist with personal care, daily living routines, meal planning and preparation, domestic tasks, home maintenance, transport to appointments and shopping, and social and community participation.
The provider supports NDIS participants who self-manage, plan-manage or are agency-managed, as well as people paying privately or funded through aged care and other schemes. It states that all of its support workers and care managers live locally, and that support can often begin within 24 to 48 hours of an initial consultation and service agreement.
