Caregivers

CareGivers originally looked after my dad from 1st September 2015 until 28th May 2017. We unfortunately were convinced to go to another provider and not once in 18 months did the provider visit my father at home, only carers came and struggled with no assistance from head office, hence for that reason we returned to CareGivers effective from 1st January 2019. Caregivers are very approachable at anytime of day and is always in close contact with all staff carers. What we are really impressed with is management being hands on with good feedback and visitations weekly to the home. To be honest there isn't anything we would really want to change. CareGivers have provided fantastic caring staff and they always respond to our feedback. A good relationship is very important and regular contact is a must.

Caregivers provide a boutique service with the owner involved and very hands on. Their dedication was recently demonstrated when they stepped in to personally provide the service when one of their staff became unavailable at short notice. We have used a range of staff from Caregivers and found them to be reliable, capable and dedicated.

Caregivers looked after both my parents, and over the course of 10 years. I am very happy with the service that they gave, they always ensured there was someone to look after my parents 24hrs/day, 7 days a week and they were accessible by phone if every we had any problems.

I use and know someone else using Care Givers. I find they are discrete and don't show up in uniform. It would be great if they lived next door. It suits the what care needed for my mother.
