Our Carers are trained in all social activities that we offer. Care West can provide STA for short or long getaways. The world is at your feet, take the first step with Care West. -Community access, in home support, personal care, active nights and sleepover supports. -Development of daily life and living skills. -Assistance with community participation and engagement, medical appointments. -Independent living supports, enabling participants to reside in their own homes.
