Care Solutions Victoria is a one stop service provider for wide range of disability services including Support Coordination and Plan Managemen and assistance with daily activities and access community. Our research has shown us that many existing participants are not happy with the support they are receiving from other disability providers, many of them would not engage participants with packages with limited funding and will not extend the level of choice and control over their supports the participant needs.
