Care Origin is an NDIS provider established in 2020 that supports people with disability in West Melbourne and nearby communities including Melton. Its team delivers in-home daily living support, community participation, short-term accommodation, support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching, alongside allied health services in physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology. Employment guidance and a school holiday program for children are also offered, with allied health currently available through a waitlist.
Support is shaped around each participant's routines, goals and preferences, and the provider collaborates with families, carers, support coordinators and health professionals. Individual and small-group options are available, including social skills and school holiday activities.
