I've had some incidents at home lately and ended up in the hospital a few times. Care n Help has always been super quick to get my support worker sorted, and I really appreciate how fast and reliable they are. Even my daughter, who lives a bit far from me feels more relaxed since she can trust I will be in good hands and they will keep her updated.

I have been using Care n Help for a couple of years now and they have supplied me with Support Workers who have been great. They keep in touch with me to make sure the services I'm receiving are what I require. My current Support Worker has been with me for 2 years, she makes sure I'm ok even when not on duty if she suspects I may not be ok. Care n Help is most certainly a company worth dealing with😀😀😀

My life is always full of surprises—one day, I might be in the hospital for weeks, and the next, I’m at a big footy game watching the Broncos! I’m so glad to have Paula as my support worker. She’s super adaptable and knows exactly how to handle whatever comes up, making sure I’m comfortable no matter the situation. Even when we need to change things up, she just rolls with it. Her positive attitude, willingness, and the way she takes on challenges are things I’ll always appreciate!

My brother receives two visits a week from a wonderful Care n Help carer. She is very thoughtful and understanding and helps him with any of his domestic or personal care needs so as he can live independently. My brother also says she has got a good sense of humour and is great company! All of our interactions with the management at Care n Help have always been prompt and very professional. So glad we found them!

My daughter Bronwyn uses Support Workers from Care n Help. The management have been excellent and all the carers have been very courteous. Bronwyn has high needs and has been comfortable with all the workers. If she has had issues with any situation it has been resolved very well. Management will go out of their way to assist.

Penny: "I have had support workers for 2-3 months from Care n Help now and they've been absolutely great. They are very accommodating and listen to my needs. They don't just go and do something without consulting me - they check how I would like something to be done, and I appreciate that type of help. They are all also great cooks! The management check with me every week to make sure I am happy with the service - I am very impressed with the dedication management has to their support workers and towards me. I can't speak highly enough of them.
