Our co-founder and director, Sharon bring over 16 years of experience in aged care and disability.
Beginning her journey as an Assistant in Nursing before becoming a Registered Nurse and Care Manager. Through years of hands-on care, she witnessed the profound impact of personalised care, where people feel heard, valued and truly supported. Listening to their stories and seeing how much they valued staying in their own homes and communities sparked the vision for Care Inspire. Care Inspire was created to provide support that honours dignity, builds connection and empowers people to achieve thier goals.
