Assistance with personal activities, in-home support and development of life skills. Workers help with self-care, meal preparation, medication prompting, budgeting and travel skills at home or in the community.

Travel and transport assistance so participants can attend appointments, education, employment and community activities, including help entering vehicles, managing mobility equipment and using public transport.

Household tasks support that helps maintain a safe and organised home, including cleaning living areas, laundry, changing bed linen, kitchen organisation, grocery shopping and meal preparation.

Community participation support to attend social gatherings, recreational activities, local facilities and community programs, with help developing social skills, friendships and confidence in community settings.

Trained support workers implement an existing NDIS behaviour support plan, applying proactive and reactive strategies, collecting data for practitioners and reviewing approaches as needs change.

Person-centred Supported Independent Living support focused on daily living skills, household routines, decision-making, health routines and community access, with support available as needed.
