We are a disability support organisation, connecting people with a disability to young, passionate and experienced support workers in the community. Servicing Melbourne's Southern and Eastern suburbs, our participants are self-managed or plan-managed participants, ranging from 7 - 34 years of age. Our unique process, utilising a person-centred model, ensures that our participants and their families are at the core of our matchmaking process - receiving the support they need and deserve.
Ultimately, this ensures participants are matched appropriately with support workers who will become not only their carer, but a role model and friend. All this whilst striving to achieve their NDIS goals.
