Brighter Connections is a paediatric NDIS service provider, offering services to families with young people or children in their care that are recipients of an NDIS plan. Brighter Connections aim is to connect children and young people with disabilities from 0-18yo, to their goals, by offering a range of specialised support services to enable them to reach their true potential. We currently operate from The Sunshine Coast, through the Greater Brisbane area, and down to the The Gold Coast.
Our services include: NDIS Plan Support Coordination. In Home Support workers 24/7. Tutoring. Brighter Connections also offers no obligation, no fee, information sessions to groups or individual families explaining our services and the NDIS process in general.
