Bright NDIS Plan Management

so where do i start i moved over to bright as my old plan manager was slow to pay my support workers so i switched over to this mob , after moving over i was told that they dont fund or pay for consumables of any sort there claim these items can be bought off the shelf so they wont pay regardless of what it is was even told that they dont fund walker frames or walking sticks and that if i cant afford to buy them new to go to vinnies or salvos and buy them 2nd hand , they wont fund any consumables of any sort nothing , they have a sneaky clause that items off the shelf they wont fund , well most of everything is off the shelf this is how they wriggle like a worm to deny paying , i am just sick and tired of all this rubbish i take care of my old aged mother and i need a bit of help but this mob denys everything , i am a very vulnerable and disadvantaged disabled person who is struggling every day , on my walker frame and this mob just says sorry no we cant fund any items you need , just nice isnt it , i struggle each day with my disability im isolated and alone i struggle each day , sorry your claim is denyed bright yeh right

I have been dealing with this company for six months. My instructions have been followed to the letter regarding whose invoices are automatically paid, and which ones I want to check first. Invoices are paid within 2-3 days of approval. I have asked providers how they found dealing with Josh, and they are all very happy. Josh Pramana is normally available for queries, but if not, calls are always returned promptly. Josh is very good at helping you with queries in regard to what is available and acceptable under your plan. For instance, some things that you would think are claimable are actually not, so he is very informative when it comes to a grey area. I have not been very lucky with all of my providers, but I struck gold with my Plan Manager. Cheers, Josh.

Josh Pranama from Bright Plan management has been very helpful in providing quick email reply and processing payments on behalf of an NDIS participant. I will recommend him to everyone needing a financial plan manager as he is very knowledgeable and efficient and delivers high quality customer service.

As a Private practitioner I rely on being paid in a timely manner...just like any employee does. Bright Plan Management is the ONLY service I have received payment from in what anyone would consider to be a timely manner. They are also friendly in their written and spoken communication - this is much appreciated when most of us are working above capacity.

Bright Plan Management is just the best, as all new to NDIS so i looked up Plan Management and saw they had awesome reviews so emailed and the process has just been quick easy and they answered all my 500 questions can't thank them enough.

Bright Plan Management have been very diligent in returning my emails, with the exact information I needed or exactly where I can get it. They also pointed me in the right direction for future contact for streamline reasons, and also offered their services for any continued inquiries. I gave 4 stars and that is only based on the service I have received at this point in which I would have gave 5, but I sent a message to an inquiry to do with my son, an NDIS recipient, and I have had a message from a member of their team but have had no reply. My inquiry was an email inquiry in regards to a subject matter to do with my son on Friday 8/05/20 with an email confirming my inquiry has reached them and has been assigned to the relevant person who will contact me. It is now Wednesday 13/05/2020 and I haven't heard anything back yet. I hope communication is just as good as the manager's communication diligence, but it doesn't seem like.

Have been with them for a short time at this stage, however I am extremely impressed with the service they have provided me. They have made signing up, getting invoices along with understanding your plan a quick & painless experience. Communication (through e-mail or requesting a call back) with the company is equally a quick and painless "process". Getting monthly statements is also greatly appreciated.

My invoices are always being paid on time, they are always willing to help.

Signing up with Bright Plan Management was simple and exceptionally fast in under a few hours. Their email claim system is very simple and payments or reimbursements to myself or service providers occurs in under two days. Learning about the NDIS, their insight into what is possible is straightforward and clear. They are seeking to please.

I used this service for my daughter. They were very efficient and on time, and I haven't had any problems with them at all. I've had no issues with payments and they were fast. My worker was very professional, and called to check in with me which I was pleased with. I have no complaints at all.

I wanted to ask some questions before employing them. Instead I got a ‘call-centre’ that offers a “call back” service. My email was answered by a chat service. Naturally they have reps who visit and sign you up, but I’m not certain it is the personalised business model for me. As their website states, they are an “online service”. My first impression for what it’s worth.

I used this service for my son, for plan management. I wasn't aware I had an appointment, but was really happy it was really quick and easy to do. I'm really happy that my services started immediately. I'd definitely recommend this service.
