Bridge To Support provides Support Coordination services to NDIS participants. As an Aboriginal Support Coordinator, the primary focus is to bridge the gap between support services and the individuals who require them. We specifically cater to the needs of our people by offering expert guidance and coordination in navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our aim is to ensure that every individual receives the necessary support and resources they require to enhance their quality of life. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the Aboriginal community, we are committed to providing culturally sensitive and personalised support coordination services.
