We are tertiary qualified trainers with special interests in sport & health (Brett) and mental health (Cathy). The ability to get fitter and stronger with the disability you are challenged with is what we are passionate about! Don't let anything or anyone get in the way of your personal fitness goals! Our sessions are tailored to your needs and abilities, coming to you fully equipped to ensure your session is effective and time efficient, fitting around other commitments in your day: Brett and Cathy are happy to liaise with family members, care coordinators, support workers and guardians if need be, in order to get you going as soon as possible!
