Australian Plan Management Services is a family-owned plan management business based in the Jervis Bay and Basin area on the South Coast of New South Wales. It manages NDIS participant budgets and pays providers on their behalf, processing signed and authorised invoices within two business days. Participants get help understanding their plan and budget, regular check-ins, and monthly activity statements and budget updates sent by email or post. The business is led by Sharon Goldsmith, a qualified bookkeeper with a Certificate IV in accounting and bookkeeping, drawing on more than 40 years of client-facing work and 30 years of accounting experience.
Plan management is funded through the NDIS, so there is no out-of-pocket cost to participants, and initial consultations are free.
