Auscare Support

Kate at Auscare Support Coordination has been an essential part of my navigating the NDIS and learning and utilising my accessibility to choices. She ias been open to ways that are best how I communicate, Assisting me in my uncertainty exploring this new territory. It has opened up a whole new world knowing I can be in control of my life and actively engage in planning my physical and mental well-being in the process, in my present and future because the worst thing is to just exist and not truly live and love life despite the limitations I face. Kate got me thinking about my choices for my life rather than just agreeing to what was set out for me by others that left me to just exist. This all in turn has helped me avoid abuse and waste of my plan funds by giving me back control and gives me a sense of pride knowing I can.

Support Coordinator - AUSCARE ROCKS. I have worked with Auscare on few jobs. They are absolutely professional and i can truly trust in them even if it is for a difficult client. They are truly dedicated to help Service providers as well as the clients to receive the best care first and foremost. Over the years I have dealt with a few great Support Coordinators. With Auscare I find, we Service Providers are looked as partners to complete & compliment the participants requirements with professionalism, compassion and integrity. They make me and my team feel worthwhile and valuable. I feel very comfortable calling or emailing them, as opposed to a few awkward experience in past with one or two other Coordinators where i or my team had to not only think twice but 3 times for a discussion. Keep it up.....your services to clients also make us look great..

Auscare has been good and have pointed out stuff use funding on the ndis I have a great support coordinator.

The service so far has been very good from Auscare. I have only seen them once and they are organising a support worker for my son.

They have helped me coordinate all my supports, including allied health professionals and cleaners. They've been wonderful, very prompt in checking everything is running smoothly. They're also very thorough, thinking of wonderful outside-the-box suggestions, which afford me new and exciting opportunities.

I use this service for my brother. I engaged with AusCare after reading their brochure as it stated they cared about the clients they worked to assist. I can now say this was a very true statement, they really do care and it shows in all their interactions with you. I feel as though they treat their clients as if they were a member of their extended family. They actively listen when I have questions or concerns and act accordingly. Speaking from extensive interactions with them I believe the highlight of their service is their engagement with you. They constantly re-evaluate and seek your thoughts on ideas they have developed themselves to further assist you. We work as a team to provide the best care possible for my brother.

They are so wonderful, so helpful, and very articulate in going through the whole process. They went out of their way, it's so very rare for people to go to the lengths they did. Thank you!

My son recently signed up to use Auscare. We were referred to them and within a day everything had been completed. It was such quick service, we highly recommend them. We'll be sure to review them again once we've had regular shifts.

As a private guardian for an adult person with complex health and challenging behaviours, I placed a significant amount of time investigating and preparing for my son’s First Plan prior to the NDIS roll out. Gratefully the funds granted appeared to closely reflect his needs and what was required next was an adept Support Coordinator to implement the plan protocols in place. Unfortunately this was not an easy task and I found myself in a position of having to personally direct and support the various Support Coordinators who were overwhelmed and under experienced. The impact of this instability is that my son’s first plan was never fully implemented and we were at risk of losing our established funds. In my search for a qualified Plan Manager and Support Coordinator, Auscare was highly recommended. I met with them soon after and we began the process of transitioning my son’s Plan coordination and management to Auscare. There is notable difference in thorough discussions and activation when finally you come across a person with sound knowledge of their role and comprehension of how the NDIS framework operates. Since Auscare’s commencement I no longer need to chase anyone for regular information, decipher the cost of a service or try to link my son's interest or goals to his local community, these are skillful executed by Auscare. I can confidently take a step back in my son's life now trusting the Plan we worked so hard to achieve and implement will now be under Auscare’s guidance. I have recommended Auscare to many more people in the Community and am pleased to say they have followed my advice. For the sake of accurate and appropriate support of People With Disabilities I hope to recommend them to many more.
