Attune Nursing and Disability Services is a Geraldton-based provider of nursing care and disability support for people living with disability and for people who need care through ageing, recovery or rehabilitation. Nurses and support personnel build an individualised plan with each person. Help is given in the home or the community on a daily or weekly basis, including support with self-care activities. The nursing team handles continence assessment for adults, wound and pressure care, diabetes support, medication and PEG feeding, stoma care, and nutrition and care planning.
