Aspect Plan Management

I have not been able to make any negative feedback, I am very happy with Aspect Plan Management’s service so far and do hope it continues to remain so.

I am extremely pleased how fast and straight forward the process of keeping account updated and settling invoices. After speaking to a friend who is with a different service provider, I gave him all of Aspect details. Once his plan comes to an end he will get in touch. This should show how happy I am with Aspect.

Aspect plan managers, have yet to disappoint. The friendly and personable nature of Vicky, Hollie & Shannon is welcomed, for a person like me; who is just starting her journey. A journey that for many, I imagine; can be very overwhelming... I am by no means an exception to this; but am reassured by the nature, soft & supportive vocal tones, hard work, prompt response time, & general can-do attitude; brought to me by the team at Aspect. Having women I can trust to support me, during these confusing times & moving forward, is invaluable! I appreciate the patience and dedication that is delivered to me by Aspect Plan Management, & Would very much recommend them to participants in search of a holistic team that works hard, and genuinely cares for the individual. We are very satisfied with the service supplied by Aspect Plan Management. All enquiries are answered promptly. Our daughter’s NDIS payments to services utilised for her have been paid without issue and this is wonderful.- It is one less ‘thing’ for us as a family to juggle. I’ve found the team at Aspect to be efficient, easy to understand and genuinely nice. The turn around on invoices is normally less than 1 business day which is phenomenal for my health providers and my peace of mind. Really happy with Maz and her personalised approach to my preferred communications and general customer service. Really highly recommend.

Sharon says: Aspect has reduced the burden and challenges of paying our service providers and seeking reimbursements from NDIS. During the lockdowns in Melbourne last year, I found that home learning was particularly challenging for my son who lives with physical and learning disabilities. This in turn, affected my mental well-being. I found myself becoming anxious and stressed. Managing his online speech and OT lessons were an additional struggle. I am a mother of two children on the NDIS. When I contact Aspect Plan Management I am able to speak to a team member 9 times out of 10. They are happy to answer my questions regarding our plans and any outstanding invoices. The staff are easy to talk to and will call to check in on me and my family. I find Aspect Plan Management to be professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Plan Manager.

I have found Active Plan Management to be helpful, friendly and cooperative. If they have any issues that I need to address they will call or email me. They are prompt to follow up on any outstanding issues. So far I cannot make any recommendations for change as they are doing a good job.

Aspect make paying my providers so simple and stress free, they do all the work for me. They also track my budget and send me updates which helps alot. Staff are always happy to help - thank you!

The staff at Aspect Plan Management helped me manage my son's NDIS budget. They are proactive and care about how we are using our budget. They also helped us to fund things we needed.
