ARC has been a very reliable network for my son and myself as a carer, for the past 17 years, mainly due to the each wonderful persons whom we came across, as a home-visiting carer, swimming coach, driver, administrator, for their patience and willingness to help. I only gave rank less than perfect as I believe any organisation has things to be improved. The teaching side can be the area that may need more stimuli or encouragement. The intellectually handicapped people are learning all the time. Teaching is always hard act and should be more focused and even more properly resourced. Not just acquiring resources. A great teacher can perhaps come in one day for any staff who has interactive roles with people with disability. All the staff may benefit from refreshing their views on educating the intellectually handicapped people once in awhile.

Very warm, friendly and honest. They were unable to provide a service to me but spent a lot of time and effort in supporting me to find the appropriate service provider. I wish I could've used their service as they are the kind of provider I would use, but I know they only want the most appropriate and tailored services to my special needs. Highly recommend!
