"First I'll listen; then I'll help" Hello, I am Dr Geoff Pearce. I am a sole trader providing an array of psychological services to people in need. I have over 30 years experience in an wide variety of settings. I am here to assist you in utilising your NDIS package so that you have the greatest opportunity to have a happy and fulfilling life. Some of the services I offer are: NDIS assessments and NDIS reports, Assess and write up positive behavioural plans, Specialist knowledge and skills dealing with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ASD assessments and reports, Other assessments include; depression, anxiety, stress, personality, trauma (PTSD), IQ and so forth, Dealing with acute and chronic pain, Enabling people to learn and/or develop their communication and relationship skills, Enabling people to learn and/or develop everyday life skills, Using activity to assist people to reengage with their life, family, community.
I engage with my clients via telephone, videocall, home visit or meeting at another venue. I am flexible in how I deliver my services. PLEASE NOTE: On the other service directory if you click on telehealth all other modes of service delivery are blocked out - that is why there is a difference between the two entries. I am a strong believer everybody having humour in their lives. As such I employ l fun and laughter frequently in my interventions.
When we engage in fun activities it facilitates the learning process so that more is learnt, and most importantly, what is learnt is more readily maintained. As a famous person once said " A good laugh is worth at least two tablets!" Sometimes, the best gifts are also the most poorly/badly wrapped.
