They are pretty good. I’m happy with my cleaner. I only used the gardener once because of COVID, but overall am happy with their service. My coordinator is working with them as well. – anonymous.

Excellent costumer service. Amari team were able to provide the services costumers were looking for. Excellent solving issues and concerns from clients providing and addressing the support they need. Client love the fact that they did not feel judge compared to other cleaning companies. Highly reccomend this company.

I cant explain how much I love their service. They are incredibly people-centric and made me feel so comfortable. There was no issue and they even did some work which they were not getting paid for. Highly recommend them!

The first thing that really strikes me about Amari is the excellent communication - both from administration and from my cleaner. They are quick to respond and respond clearly and in depth. Secondly, the cleaning itself is a great service. Our cleaner is friendly and polite as well as good at their job. Our house is a lot of work as it has not been cleaned in quite some time and the Amari cleaner has made a huge difference in just a couple of weeks. I have no complaints about my service so far - Amari has been fantastic to work with.

When they come they do a great job – they're very helpful and very polite and very good. The only thing I've found is the communication has not been very good. When I call to confirm my booking, I always just get a voicemail, but I don't get call backs. I can now communicate directly with my worker which seems to be better.

I receive gardening and cleaning support from Amari. They're very friendly and helpful and do everything that's need to be done. There's nothing I would change. I regularly tell people to use this service.

I completely recommend Amari Services for all your household cleaning and yard maintenance. They are NDIS approved and over the past year they have gone over and above to help me with all of these needs. From the man behind the scenes who does all the organising of the services i needed and answers all my unending questions.. (without any signs of frustration with me - this alone is worth it - especially as i am NDIS self managed this year so a lot to learn). To the people that come and do my domestic cleaning who are always helpful no matter what i needed. They are also friendly and non judgmental and supportive. Finally the gentleman who does my yard work, is friendly, funny and ever so helpful. All of this helps makes me feel relaxed, supported and relieves this burden from me. I would completely recommend this organisation and all who contract to work for them, they are wonderful and i am looking forward to another year with them.

The cleaning provided has been excellent so far. The gardening service was also excellent. All work is carefully done with attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

I am an NDIS Support Coordinator and use Amari's Cleaning Services for a few people that I support. Amari's office staff are very responsive whenever I contact them via email and quick to get onto things I ask. My clients have been using Amari for some time and they are very happy with what they do too. Amari have provided some great supports for some of my clients who have issues with hoarding/squalor – which not a lot of cleaning services do well. Clients have said they like that Amari are really non-judgmental, they listen to feedback, and that they're happy to do things the way my clients want them done (e.g. using particular implements and cleaning products etc). They're very effective cleaners, and they don't complain about the work – which is great too. One particular participant I work with had multiple cleaning services before this one, but is now satisfied with Amari.
