5 Day FCA - Allied Plus provides online occupational therapy assessments and reports for people of all ages across Australia. We support NDIS participants, families, and carers through secure telehealth consultations tailored to individual support needs. Our services include Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), support recommendations, and comprehensive clinical reports to assist with NDIS planning and reviews. FCAs are completed within 5 days of the appointment to ensure timely access to supports and funding recommendations.
