All Access Holidays

My son used All Access Holidays, who organised an 8-day holiday for him. They were very well organised and the service was wonderful. My son never gave any complaints and seemed to thoroughly enjoy the entire experience. I'd recommend them to anyone who has a disability.

They supplied carers so I could attend my sons wedding with my husband. It was absolutely amazing and I am so grateful! They were very helpful, very good and very caring. The communication was perfect, couldn't ask for anything better. I would recommend All Access Holidays to anyone. The way they organised it was fantastic, I would definitely go with them again. The carers were fantastic, they listened to me I couldn't have done it without them. They organised everything. I hadn't met the carers before hand, but now I miss them! I could have them caring for every other day – they were brilliant. They made me feel so comfortable.

I work as part of a support team for 2 people who went on a recent holiday. They really enjoyed the holiday – they really loved the location and the activities. They really liked the support people, they were said to be nice and friendly – they can't wait to get the photos. We did have reports that the staff didn't listen carefully enough to some of the safety requests which is concerning and has been reported back.

My daughter really enjoys going away with them. She likes everything. The communication with me is also wonderful.

My brother recently went on holiday with All Access Holidays. They picked him up on time and dropped him off on time, I think the service works . I don't have anything negative to say about them. My brother was happy – he has an intellectual disability and he had a good time with them The guy that looked after him spoke to me every day and they seemed to be having a good time. I don't have any suggestion for what they could improve at this stage, the service just works. It was awesome.

Because it was a new company I was intrigued to find out if what they offered was going to be what my son needed. It was exactly what we needed. The person I was working with was very approachable and amenable. No complaints at all. They went out of their way to make sure my son was accommodated. Their staff flew up to meet my son in another city, which was a bit stressful for me so next time I'll arrange for something in our home state. Everything was very professionally done. Everything was perfect. It was such a busy weekend for my son he was exhausted.
