I provide Independent Support Coordination throughout Melbourne working directly with clients and their families to engage the supports and services that you need. I have 20 years’ experience working in Community Health and Mental Health and I am confident that I can deliver value and confidence in your supports and in using your NDIS plan to its fullest. I have experience engaging with Support Services, Allied Health, Assistive Technology, Accommodation and Respite.
