AdvantaCare Services is an NDIS provider delivering personalised care and support to people with disabilities across greater Sydney, from the city centre to the suburbs. It offers in-home support with daily personal activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility, and help with day-to-day home tasks including cleaning, laundry, cooking and grocery shopping. Supported Independent Living assistance covers everyday tasks in group or shared living arrangements, while capacity building programs teach practical life skills such as cooking, budgeting, time management and personal organisation.
Participants are supported to take part in their community through social and civic activities, group and centre-based activities, and individually tailored activities such as arts and crafts, sport, volunteering and social clubs. The provider also assists with travel and transport, home modifications such as ramps and grab bars, and physiotherapy.
