Active At Any Age

At ACTIVE AT ANY AGE we provide exercise physiology services from the comfort of your own home, at a nearby park or wherever you feel most comfortable. If you don’t have any exercise equipment that’s fine, our Exercise Physiologists will bring exercise equipment to you! If you do have your own equipment, our Exercise Physiologist can incorporate it into your exercise program so you can continue to exercise at home and be confident that you’re using your exercise equipment safely and independently. Services delivered by an Exercise Physiologist are claimable under compensable schemes such as Medicare, Private health insurance, DVA, NDIS, TAC and Workcover.
