Absolute plan mange help our family so much this year with all the recipes and phone calls of providers. My timing is very limited with an toddler but they has always texted me back when I needed help and email me if I needed information on the NDIS plan. Thank you so much

My NDIS plan is part Self managed but when trying to link OT reports and Equipment purchases and Invoices, that’s where my Absolute Plan Manager support links the necessary services and I don’t have the worry of chasing invoices or allocating funds. My support person contacts me at regular intervals to ask if I’m happy with the supports I’m receiving and too discuss my remaining funds that are available for me to use to achieve my NDIS plan goals.

Previously my partners plan was agency managed. Since being with Absolute Plan Manager I am no longer stressed if there is enough funding for the services that are needed. I feel they keep the NDIA honest. I am really happy with they way thing work with Absolute Plan Manager. They are always in contact to see if there is anything we need.

My son got the NDIS funding for the first time, and I have no idea what type of therapist he should go to see i just know the speech therapy. This plan manager gave the help to me not only about managing fund, but also about choosing and helping to contact the therapy providers. That helps me a lot. I think if you got the NDIS funding for the first time it’s good to choose this plan manager to help you.

Absolute Plan Manager was on of the other services of same kind I tried to contact. They were prompt in their response ,which included all the information in advance of everything I wanted to know about. Setting up the account with them was just simple clicks the computer mouse . Agreement was plain and easy to understand. On top everything, what I am impressed most about is, their approach to my needs. As a first time parent , I found the range of services available through NDIS program bewildering .But the plan manager was kind enough to go through the short and long term goals in detail , laid in the plan for my 3 year old and took a commitment to check out some of the service providers that may suits the needs of my little one and she went the extra mile to check with them too what they can offer and get back to me less than 48 hours, whereas she could have been complacent with just setting up the account and paying the invoices in my behalf. The plan manager will keep an eye out on my spending on services and guide to spend to spend funds efficiently to make the most it to achieve the desired outcomes for my daughter.

All I can say is we have a wonderful plan manager and i couldn't ask for anyone better she will help you with anything you are concerned about or any information you need. This is our first year with this and i can't fault it so far.

Absolute Plan Manager are great to deal with, very professional and has extensive knowledge about NDIS. I really appreciae their support and help. Highly recommend them as plan managers.

Excellent service showing genuine care. I thought plan managers only process invoices but the staff at Absolute Plan Manager goes above and beyond and really cares about how my son is doing. They proactively contact us on a regular basis and are able to answer all the questions that we have about my son’s NDIS plan. Highly recommend.
