We are an approved NDIS registered provider for all the below services: Personal Care Assistance / Daily Activities - This includes personal care such as getting dressed, taking a shower and administering medication.
Household Tasks - We can help things like laundry, cleaning and meal preparation as well as grocery shopping. Community Participation - We can support you in finding an activity to participate in and helping you participate. Supported Indpendent Living (SIL) - All our homes are available for Short-Term Accommodation (STA / Respite) and Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) and we can rent a SIL house for you. We provide friendly, caring, appropriately trained support staff for each house ensuring all your needs are met.
Transportation - One of our friendly support workers can you provide you with transport to where you need to go Getaway (Supported Holiday) - Getaway support services provides a list of vacation rentals that allows you to save time finding your perfect getaway, our care team takes exceptional care of the special needs people in these supported holidays. Translation - we can provide language servives in Persian/Farsi, Dari and Arabic. Plan Management - We can take the stress out of managing your NDIS plan for you.
We will work with you to make sure you are maximising your NDIS budget and able to get the support you need. Support Coordination - Our Support Coordinators will work with you to discuss your NDIS goals and collaborate with you on ways to achieve them. We help support you through finding and implementing new service providers and take the headaches out of logistical challenges. We support the diversity of our clients and the right for each client to have a say in their care.
