Outreach Services: Our Outreach Services aim to engage participants in meaningful activities and experiences at home and in the community. We support our participants to complete daily household tasks; domestic tasks, meal preparation, transportation to and from appointments and during if required, available across ACT, NSW, QLD regions. Wheelchair Accessible Vans: We have wheelchair accessible vans with the latest technology which will ensure your transportation is done smoothly, available across ACT, NSW, QLD regions.
