No. Searching the directory, viewing provider profiles, comparing services and making contact is free for participants and always will be. Our Connect With a Provider matching service is free too. Plans on this page apply to providers only.
Nothing changes — your listing stays live in search, category and location pages with your service categories, location and contact details. You can claim it, keep it accurate, and see how many enquiries it receives. Only the full contact details on each enquiry and the profile extras are held behind a paid plan.
Yes. There is no lock-in contract. Cancel whenever you like and your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then your listing simply returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — your profile, reviews and enquiry history stay exactly where they are.
The Verified provider badge confirms the listing is managed by the organisation itself — it appears once you are on a paid plan and your claim on the listing has been verified. The Featured provider badge is part of the Featured plan and comes with top-of-category placement and homepage rotation eligibility.
No. Both registered and unregistered providers are welcome on the directory. Your registration status is shown on your profile so participants can make an informed choice — plan managed and self-managed participants can use unregistered providers.
Search the directory for your organisation, open your profile and choose "Claim this listing". If your email address matches your organisation's domain the claim is verified instantly; otherwise our team reviews it. Claiming is free on every plan and is the first step before upgrading.
Yes. All prices are in AUD and include GST. Annual plans are billed once up front and work out at two months free compared with paying monthly.
