We work with children all the way to older adults, delivering practical therapy in the places where progress actually matters: home, school, kinder, community and aged-care settings. We provide Physiotherapy, Early Childhood Intervention, Therapy Assistance, and Support Work across Melbourne’s North, West, Melton and Sunbury, with immediate availability. We focus on: • Emotional regulation and smoother transitions • Communication (verbal, non-verbal, AAC) • Self-care independence: dressing, toileting, feeding • Social participation, play skills, turn-taking • Motor development through practical everyday activities Your Key Worker becomes your main support; coordinating services, providing therapy strategies, and reducing the stress of multiple appointments. Physiotherapy (All Ages) Our physiotherapists focus on real-world independence, not clinic-based exercise sheets. We support children, teens, adults, and older adults to: • Move safely and confidently at home and outdoors • Improve balance and reduce falls • Build strength and coordination for daily tasks • Participate more fully in school, work, sport, social or community life • Maintain mobility and physical capacity as they age Therapy is delivered where daily life happens, making it easier to practise and apply. Therapy Assistants Therapy Assistants support participants to apply therapy strategies in practical ways: • Daily living skills and community participation • Play-based therapy for children • Practising physio or key worker goals • Confidence in public spaces • Routines that support independence over time They work in collaboration with your treating clinician to ensure progress is consistent and achievable. Support Workers Our Support Workers provide safe, reliable, capacity-building support, including: • Daily routines • Community access • Building confidence in new environments • Developing independence in home and social settings Support is tailored to goals, not just hours of care.
