Assist Ability Australia are very attentive and professional. They have a sound knowledge of what we needed for our daughter. They found a Support Worker who matched up really well with her. She looks forward to see her support worker and we have recently increased her hours. We can not fault the service we receive from Assist Ability Australia. We would highly recommend this service.

I started using AAA during the covid lockdown as I was struggling to homeschool my two autistic children. I was absolutely floored to discover they have a qualified primary school teacher on their staff and she was available at support worker rates! She was so helpful and my children clicked with her instantly. She made sure all their work was completed by the end of each day and that the kids also had some fun in between. My daughter still sees this worker after school three times a week to help with homework but my son is now with a male worker who is training him one on one in soccer. I learnt that AAA also have two semi professional soccer players on their staff who have experience with training kids in soccer clinics. AAA are an incredible service with skilled staff and I highly recommend them.

The person sent out from Assist Ability Australia was very helpful. She was very adaptable in her approach. She also did some cleaning for me. She came out to help me while my arms were broken. There was effective communications by all parties. I am very happy with the service I received.

The support worker is reliable, he's personable and will stay longer if required. He is working really well with my son and teaching him new skills.
