From the provider: Conservation Hearts Support Coordination is based in beautiful Gold Coast Australia. We are passionate about assisting people to get the maximum benefit out of their NDIS funding packages.   Currently Conservation Hearts Support Coordination is run as a sole trader ABN business by experienced support coordinator Carly Wilson. Carly worked as a disability support worker for more than ten years prior to moving into support coordination and had a front seat to the rollout of the NDIS. She has witnessed the many positive impacts NDIS has had on the lives of Australians with disabilities but also has a strong understanding of the challenges involved in trying to understand and navigate the complex, complicated, and constantly changing landscape that is the NDIS. Carly works with plan and self managed NDIS participants who are funded for support coordination and live within the Gold Coast region. She also has some clients in Northern NSW, some in Brisbane, and currently has some flexibility to work with people outside of this area, if required. Conservation Hearts Support Coordination is committed to working with a limited amount of participants to ensure that everyone’s funding can be well utilised and there is adequate time available to dedicate to everyone that we support. Carly can also assist with NDIS access request applications and is happy to answer general NDIS questions for those who are not funded for support coordination but just need a bit of help.
