From the provider: Quad Care Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider supporting people with disability across the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Somerset, Woodford, Caboolture, Brisbane North and surrounding regions. Our services include Disability Support Workers, personal care, domestic assistance, daily living support, community access, social participation, skill development, transport assistance, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation support, and capacity building supports. We also provide allied health services including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology and Positive Behaviour Support. Our team supports participants in their home, in the community, at school, in supported living environments and through therapy-based programs. We can assist with daily routines, increasing independence, developing social confidence, accessing local activities, improving mobility and communication, managing behaviours of concern, personal care, and working towards individual goals. Quad Care is known for being responsive, collaborative and down-to-earth. We understand that families and support coordinators often need clear communication, reliable follow-up and a provider who can work as part of a broader care team. Our multidisciplinary approach allows our support workers and allied health professionals to share knowledge and provide consistent support across settings. We work with participants with a wide range of needs, including physical disability, psychosocial disability, developmental delay, autism, acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, neurological conditions, ageing-related support needs and complex presentations.
