Intervention Through evidence-based psychological management and intervention, we can help you meet your NDIS goals, and achieve the outcomes you desire. Learn coping strategies for various situations Build social and interpersonal skills Build confidence and self-esteem Promote engagement and choice Set and achieve personal goals Reports We can offer assessment reports and progress reports including recommendations tailored to the NDIS requirements About your Psychologist Hi there, I’m Kellie. Having grown up on the Mornington Peninsula I learnt how difficult it was to access mental health services without having to travel towards the city. Having been inspired and guided through life by my father (a Psychologist), I knew I would want to follow in his footsteps. Throughout my studies I worked as a disability support worker, a role which I’m so grateful to have experienced, as it has shown me where my passion is. I’m so thankful to have worked with many wonderful individuals with diverse needs, views of the world, and strengths.I completed a Diploma of Youth Work, a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies, and Post-Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced). I have worked with children as young as three, and spend two days per week working in a Secondary college with Headspace. I have experience working with people who have diverse needs. I am committed to delivering person-centred support which empowers people to make informed, educated decisions about their therapy, goals and direction in life.I will work collaboratively with you to identify the mental health, behavioural and emotional conditions preventing you from working towards your goals, and then I will create an individualised, evidence-based intervention plan to address these goals. Your choice and control We understand just how important your choice and control is in making decisions around your treatment, so we offer flexible options with our delivery. We can see you in your home, school, a community location, or via Telehealth. We utilise funding through your “Capacity Building Improved daily Living” budget in line with the NDIS pricing arrangements, so there’s no gap fee. You decide how much of your budget you would like to allocate to your Psychology services, and we can Create a plan that suits your needs.
