From the provider: Team Therapy β Working Together to Build Skills, Confidence & Independence π Based in Kilsyth, VIC (509 Mt Dandenong Road) π Clinic-based | π‘ Home | π« School & community | π» Telehealth π‘ What we do Team Therapy provides allied health support across the whole lifespan, from early childhood through to adulthood. We have a strong passion for early intervention, supporting children and families during the early years when therapy can make the biggest long-term impact β while continuing to offer tailored support as needs evolve over time. Our services include: Speech Pathology β supporting communication, language, and participation Occupational Therapy β building independence, daily living, and functional skills Early intervention & key worker support β empowering families with strategies from the very beginning π A story of change Sometimes progress isnβt about βfixingβ a behaviour β itβs about understanding why itβs happening. We often think of an individual like a growing tree. When a tree begins to wilt, we donβt just look at the leaves. We look at the soil, the water, the sunlight, and the entire ecosystem around it. The same applies when a child absconds from school. Rather than focusing only on the behaviour, we take a step back and ask: What is happening at home? What is happening at school? What pressures is the child carrying? How are the adults around them being supported? In one such situation, support extended far beyond one-on-one therapy. We worked closely with the family to reduce stress and strengthen routines, collaborated with the school to adjust expectations and supports, and liaised with other professionals involved in the childβs care. As the environment around the child became more supportive, we began to see change β not just in behaviour, but in confidence, emotional regulation, and engagement. The child who once struggled to remain at school was soon participating more consistently in class. This is what we believe in: π³ Therapy that looks at the whole person πΏ Support that strengthens every branch around them π± Change that grows naturally when the ecosystem is right Because therapy isnβt just about one session β itβs about nurturing the conditions where people can truly thrive. π― Our Mission & Approach Our vision: no family should ever feel alone on their journey. We help families and individuals: π€ Build skills and confidence to feel supported beyond therapy sessions π Grow independence and participation in daily life 𧩠Collaborate with families, schools, and networks for meaningful outcomes πͺ‘ Tailor strategies to each personβs context, culture, and needs β¨ What Makes Us Different π Flexible, individualised therapy across clinic, home, school, community, and telehealth π Experienced supporting CALD families, with established connections to interpreter and translation services π Practical support beyond therapy: accessing community resources, housing guidance, job readiness, and community support We aim to strengthen the whole ecosystem around each participant, helping growth happen naturally.

From the provider: In a nutshell: More than a typical support worker, I bring a hugely diverse range of skills and experience, which allows for more value from your support hours. My motivations: Watching a close friend fall victim to unscrupulous NDIS providers is what prompted me to join this industry, and seeing her safety at risk after slipping through funding cracks, is what drives me to make a real change. So charging standard NDIS rates, I then set aside a portion of that to assist in funding services usually not covered by the NDIS.... SIL food & rent, medical gap payments, etc. Neurodiversity: I have 17 years lived experience, and 15 years employing an almost exclusively nerudiverse creative team. Recently returned to Adelaide after providing 24/7 care interstate for a friend and NDIS participant (trauma+mental health+medical conditions so complex, most GPs wouldn't take her on). I've even set up bespoke emergency STA and SIL accommodation on 24hrs notice, so thinking outside the box, acting fast, and making magic happen for support coordinators and participants, is what I love to do! Diverse Capacity Building: Creative and technology wise, I'm a photographer & film maker (working for clients incl Hillary Clinton and the US Government), co-founded an Adelaide radio station, and have over a decade of experience as a technology consultant. Hands on trade skills, I hold automotive mechanical & electrical qualifications, and have plenty of building/renovation experience. Cooking & meal prep: Low Carb/Keto food studies are showing support for using it as a dietary intervention for Autism, ADHD, PCOS, Parkinson's, MS, Alzheimer's, migraines, weight loss, and diabetes. I love cooking it, but also shopping + stocking the pantry with lush foods to support this genuinely tasty lifestyle. Already an anti-inflammatory diet, I love refining it even further for those suffering autoimmune and inflammatory conditions incl general and rheumatoid arthritis, back or joint pain, EDS, etc. Calendars, Planning & System building: I can help you set up systems to plan & track appointments, meds, script renewals, general life admin, etc. Miscellaneous tasks: Dog walking + pet care, food + shopping trips, online shopping (incl price comparisons), small to medium repairs/maintenance around the house, advocacy, making calls to customers service/help desks, light cleaning, and so much more.
