Respite Accommodation

NDIS Registered

From the provider: Inclusive Living Support is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through comprehensive NDIS services. We specialize in four core areas: Community Participation (CP), Supported Independent Living (SIL), interstate Respite, and Support Coordination. Our Community Participation services are designed to empower individuals to engage fully in their communities. We offer tailored programs that facilitate social interactions, skill development, and meaningful activities, ensuring each participant can enjoy an enriched and active life. Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services provide personalized support in a safe and nurturing environment, enabling individuals to live as independently as possible while receiving assistance with daily tasks and personal care. Our goal is to foster independence and dignity, adapting our support to meet each person's unique needs. For those requiring a break from their routine, our interstate Respite services and all Victoria offer a valuable opportunity for temporary relief. This service allows caregivers to take a well-deserved rest while ensuring that participants continue to receive high-quality care and support in a new and enriching environment. Support Coordination is another crucial aspect of our service offering. Our experienced coordinators work closely with participants to navigate the complexities of the NDIS, connecting them with appropriate services, managing their plans effectively, and ensuring they achieve their goals. At Inclusive Living Support, our commitment is to provide compassionate, client-centered care that enhances independence, fosters community involvement, and ensures overall well-being. We are dedicated to supporting each individual’s journey towards a fulfilling and empowered life.
