HFH Care is an NDIS and aged care support provider based in Bundoora, Victoria. Established in 2017, the organisation began as a small team and has grown to support people with disability and older people at home and in the community. Its NDIS services cover everyday living assistance, transport, community participation, household tasks and therapeutic supports such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy and behaviour support. Aged care clients can also receive nursing care, podiatry, remedial massage and gardening. Participants are matched with a support worker after an initial consultation, and the team can communicate in English, Arabic and Mandarin.

One-to-one assistance with daily activities at home and in the community, including personal care, meal preparation, shopping, appointments and practical life skills.
