Because we have qualified registered nurses in our leadership team, we are able to provide on-going training for staff regarding complex cares such as catheter care, stoma care, wound management, medication administration, insulin administration, monitoring vital signs, PEG feed, personal hygiene, continence care and general customer service. As a result we reduce possibility of hospital transfers by reducing risks of infections and pressure injuries. We train our staff regarding maintaining skin integrity especially for incontinent people and those with limited mobility. We provide respite and SIL. Families and carers are able to take a break as we look after the client under our respite care. We have beautiful and spacious home in stanhope Gardens with adjustable hospital beds and hoists / lifters to help with trasnfers. This house has disability access and wide corridors and sensory room. We do gardening with our participants in the backyard as an activity. We subscribe to the community centre across the road where our clients have access to swimming, tennis courts and BBQ area.
