Supported independent living at a property in Paradise, with a shared kitchen and lounge, one-to-one to one-to-three support ratios, van access and round-the-clock assistance.

Short term accommodation where participants choose an Airbnb, Stayz or hotel stay, with support workers on hand and a support line available at all hours.

Counselling for stress, anxiety, depression and relationship challenges, using play therapy and cognitive, solution-focused, dialectical behaviour and acceptance approaches, in person, online or in groups.
