I'm happy to say that my physiotherapy sessions with XRHealth have been very effective! My physio is incredibly good at pinpointing exactly what will help me work towards my goals most effectively. Although I had previously found it difficult to do the recommended exercises independently between sessions (hello, AuDHD!), my physio has really helped me make progress, which is very motivating, so I have actually managed to do them consistently for the past year! As a result, I now have much less pain, and much more mobility than I have had for a very long time. Very satisfied with this support :-)

Upon first being informed of XR Health and being able to do physio via a VR Headset I felt very uncertain and not very confident. Upon receiving the headset and following the tutorials to set up and with guidance from my clinician I have now come to love it. The training plan has improved my recovery in only a few short weeks, along with the professional guidance and encouragement of Dina. Due to my incapacity and mobility issues, I have found convenience being able to set times for training in my own home. I feel more relaxed in doing this. I would never have thought this would prove to be the solution to aiding my recovery but I could not recommend it more. I look forward to my daily sessions and feel empowered to try to achieve more every day. From someone who was hesitant to start with I can honestly say that my quality of life has improved so much in just a few short weeks. Thank you XRHealth and Dina for your professionalism and support.

I’m having a great time using the VR as part of my physiotherapy for my frozen shoulder. I'm a full time mom of a toddler, so having the opportunity to train at my own times and feel the improvement just from a few weeks of using it is very good. Dr Dina Abdelmalak has been a good advisor because she made the trainings for me and also give me some advice of complementary exercises that I can do. But I think the success for this is the combination of the trainings and you being consistent doing them.
