Vianne Support is a boutique NDIS provider in Melbourne’s East and South East, founded and led by Final Year Student Doctor. We bridge the gap between traditional disability support and clinical expertise. Our team is comprised exclusively of healthcare students who bring a high level of clinical literacy, accountability, and professional rigor to every shift. We don’t just "fill shifts." We specialize in high-complexity cases that require a sophisticated understanding of neurodiversity and mental health: School Refusal & "School Can’t": We use clinical routine-building and anxiety management strategies to support students in re-engaging with education.
Active Respite (STA): Our "No-Couch" respite model focuses on community-based capacity building, gym-based fitness, and social skills development. Complex ASD & Psychosocial Support: We provide neuro-affirming support for participants with ASD Level 2/3 and complex mental health needs, focusing on emotional regulation and functional independence. The Clinical Advantage We understand that for many participants, the support worker is the "hands on the ground" for Allied Health professionals.
We provide: High-Level Clinical Reporting: Our shift notes are detailed and objective, providing Support Coordinators and OTs with the evidence required for successful NDIS plan reviews. Medical Literacy : We are trained to understand complex diagnoses, sensory diets, and therapeutic goals. Reliability: We operate with professional clinical accountability, we do not "no-show."
