Unique Support Services is a disability service organisation based in Wanneroo that has supported NDIS participants since 2016. Its more than 150 staff provide in-home assistance with daily living, community access and social participation, transport, support coordination and specialist support coordination. Accommodation options include supported independent living, individualised living options, short term accommodation and specialist disability accommodation.
Supports are delivered in participants' homes and across the community from Yanchep south to Armadale and into the hills around Perth, supported by satellite and mobile offices. The organisation also runs a school leaver employment support programme that combines one-to-one coaching with group learning.
